Electronic cigarettes are a great alternative for anyone who wants to stop smoking tobacco cigarettes and have been unsuccessful with other forms of nicotine replacement. I used electronic cigarettes to end a smoking habit of more than ten years after failing with nicotine gum.

I have always wanted to stop smoking but end up with another cigarette in my mouth. I can stop on my own. Its just that when i see people smoking I also get the urge to smoke and I can't help it.

Achievement comes from making goals and then attining them. SOme people need help in achieving goals. These people find the value of a life coach to be great.

Great achievement my friend! But I have tried this too. No luck for me! I guess I just don't have a strong will.

I've tried mind stimulation, acupuncture and other quick stop smoking therapy but no effect whatsoever! I just wasted a lot of time and money!
