July 22nd, 2011

Personal growth is development. It is the development of your body, your mind and your spirit. Personal growth means you are in a process of looking at your life, how you are feeling, what is missing and what can be improved, and you are actively working on improvement through education, new knowledge, increased awareness and specific changes. You are looking at your belief system and making changes in it.
Here is Dr. Brian Walsh on a few more things about personal growth.

I love that saying…”a mind is like a parachute, it works better when it's open. I totally agree with it. That's why I try so hard to have an open mind. But it's really so hard to do sometimes. You know the saying “I'm only human”? Well humans are vulnerable and they get angry and they get sad… So how can you have an open mind about things when your angry? Whew!!!

A short but very informative video that will help your development. The philosophy is very similar to the one that teaches stepping outside of the box to create something extraordinary.

Personal growth should not stop my friend. It's a continuous process. It will only end when you're dead. We all grow, just not in the same way and in the same pace.
